Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Proformula ships Australia-wide. Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Delivery Estimates All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Proformula is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, third-party carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Proformula is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@proformula.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
